Joint Venture Announced with The Woodbridge Group
Acting as consulting advisor to Al-Mobty Contracting Company and other partners, EMV
orchestrated a joint venture relationship with The Woodbridge Group of Toronto to
establish a manufacturing facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to produce unique, highly
energy and cost efficient polyurethane block for residential construction.
Total savings for construction in place over traditional materials and building methods
will total approximately 37%.
Al-Mobty Contracting Company will utilize the block for the first project of 55,000
residences in Saudi Arabia. Plans are to facilitate the use of the block throughout the
Middle East/Persian Gulf region.
EagleMark and its affiliate Lion Holdings LLC will participate as ongoing consultants and
will orchestrate and arrange the marketing and sales of the polyurethane block while
maintaining a minority equity interest.
EMV Affiliate Opens Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
EagleMark Ventures LLC announces that its affiliate, Lion Holdings LLC, has opened an
office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Through its affiliation with Al-Mobty Contracting Company, and acting as the consultant
and advisor to U.S. and Canadian corporations, Lion Holdings LLC will facilitate the
development and construction of residential housing units in the Middle East/Persian
Gulf Region. Lion Holdings LLC is reviewing the present opportunity to enter into
infrastructure housing developments in Iraq with its senior relationships in the country.
Preliminary estimates indicate multi-billion dollar contracts will be developed. Lion
Holdings LLC is now actively marketing the proprietary polyurethane building block
product. The product is well suited to the environment of the Region.

discussions to jointly produce and sell unique, energy and cost saving polyurethane in
