$25 Million Credit Facility for Middle East Operations
EagleMark has orchestrated a $25 million credit facility for the manufacturing plant and
equipment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to produce polyurethane block. The parties
benefited in the Joint Venture are The Woodbridge Group, and Al Mobty Company for
Contracting, and its subsidiary Saudi Company for Fast Construction Systems Ltd.

Joint Venture for Solar Manufacturing Announced for Riyadh
EagleMark Ventures LLC announces that its affiliated partner Lion Holdings LLC and
Soranco Financial International Inc. have executed a Joint Venture agreement for the
Saudi Arabia. Learn more about our Middle East operations.
The Saudi Company for Fast Construction Systems Ltd. (SCFC), a subsidiary of The
Al Mobty Company for Contracting, will be the local Joint Venture partner in Riyadh.
SCFC will construct a 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for assembly of the
Advanced High Concentration Photo Voltaic (HCPV) solar panel system.
HCPV is the next generation of solar power systems. The total power focused on each
solar cell allows HCPV to create solar panels one-half the size and one-half the cost of
competitors. HCPV has developed the system using refractive optics based on total
internal reflection (TIR).
One of its significant advantages over current technologies is the substantially reduced
cost and production time HCPC requires for each system. HCPC will produce 13
megawatts (MW) by using only five acres of land, compared to standard systems
which use seven acres to produce only 1MW of power.
